DEVICE INITIALIZATION
Begin by powering on your Ledger device. Hold the button for 10 seconds until the screen displays the Ledger Live logo. This establishes the secure communication channel between your hardware and the desktop application.

SECURE CONNECTION
Download the Ledger Live Desktop application from the official Ledger website. Connect your device via USB-C to the computer. The Ledger Live interface will automatically detect your hardware wallet and prompt you to enter your PIN for the first time.

DEVICE NOT DETECTED
Ensure the Ledger device is powered on and connected via USB-C. Try a different port or cable to rule out hardware issues.
SYNCING FAILED
Check your internet connection and ensure Ledger Live is running the latest version. Verify your device firmware is up to date.
WALLET NOT RECOGNIZED
Verify your device is unlocked and the correct wallet is selected. Ensure the Ledger Live software is authorized for your device.
BLUETOOTH DISCONNECT
Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the Ledger Live app is running in the background. Restart the Bluetooth service.
LOW BATTERY WARNING
Connect your device to a power source immediately. Low battery can cause synchronization errors and data loss.
SOFTWARE INSTALLATION
Download the Ledger Live installer from the official website. Ensure your system meets the minimum requirements for installation.
